OKSCCA Board/Membership Meeting Minutes

January 19, 2013

Board members present were Gary Brown, Al Donovan, Jeff Norris, Mayur Patel, Steve Schroeder, Bob Seelig, and Michelle Seelig.

1.       Treasurer’s report:

Steve reported $3032.07 in the checking account. Savings account balance is $6670.73. Bills outstanding: banquet.

Gary motioned to accept the treasurer’s report, Michelle seconded; motion carried.

2.       Secretary’s report:

152 members as of November.

Gary motioned to accept meeting minutes for December, Steve seconded; motion carried.

3.       Club racing report:

None.

4.       SOLO report:

The SOLO committee has posted a 10-event tentative schedule. Jeff motioned to accept the schedule as posted, Steve seconded; motion carried.

5.       Old Business:

  • MoPar event is 4/12. The club will be able to supply enough help.

6.       New Business:

  • The board appointed Al Donovan to the position of Executive Assistant; Al accepted.
  • Jeff and Gary are going to the MidDiv convention.
  • WB Sephus had been elected to a board position, and subsequently resigned his position. The board appointed John Ederer to fill the vacant board position.
  •  

Michelle motioned to adjourn, Steve seconded; meeting adjourned.
